1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of thecurrencystack.com (the “Site”), operated by The Currency Stack (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy a membership.
3. Your account
Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Please give accurate details when you register and keep them up to date.
4. Membership, billing and cancellation
- Paid memberships are billed in advance, monthly or annually, at the price shown at checkout, through our payment provider Stripe. Your membership renews automatically until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then.
- New members may request a full refund within 14 days of their first payment, for any reason, by emailing hello@thecurrencystack.com. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable. For annual memberships, the 14-day refund window also applies each time the membership automatically renews.
- We may change membership prices on reasonable notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
5. Educational content, not financial advice
The Currency Stack provides educational and research content only. Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, or trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Markets carry risk; do your own research and consider professional advice before acting. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.
6. Acceptable use
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to access our content for your own non-commercial use. You agree not to copy, redistribute, resell, or republish our content, share your account, or use the Site unlawfully or in any way that harms its operation.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. The “The Currency Stack” name and logo may not be used without our permission.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Site and its content are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content, including any trading or investment losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Termination
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. You may stop using the Site at any time.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
